Prices per night/apartment for basic occupancy of 2 people.
The minimum stay is 7 nights
each additional person 30€ per night
For infants up to the age of 3 we charge 10 euros per day, from 4-14 years we charge 15 euros per day.
Local tax: The local tax is charged per person per night and amounts to €1.90 (children under 14 are excluded)
We provide a crib and high chair free of charge.
Alto Adige Guest Pass for free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol.
Final cleaning included
If you stay longer than 7 nights, the additional cleaning is free of charge.
The laundry, such as towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
The accommodations are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m.
Dogs are not allowed.
Credit and EC cards are not accepted.

Payment and cancellation conditions: A binding booking is accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The balance is to be paid shortly before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, otherwise it will be retained. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, the total amount will be retained.
